"Bad first impression and still keeps dropping"
This gave me a bad first impression right away. I expected it to just work, but it keeps cutting out at the worst times. Frustrating when you actually need it to stay connected

"My bills still aren’t making sense"
Maybe I’m just not keeping up with it as closely as I should because I’ve been busy, but the charges on my bills keep looking wrong. I’ve tried checking them a few times, and they still don’t really add up.

"Honestly, not worth the hassle!!"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t for me. It kept cutting out, and the speed was all over the place even when I was in a totally normal area. I tried restarting it and messing with the settings, but the same problems kept coming back!! Support also took way too long to get back to me. I expected a lot better and just felt like I wasted my time.

"Kinda proved my point"
I already had a feeling this app was going to be annoying to use, and yeah, it pretty much confirmed that for me. I couldn’t even find the basic stuff without digging around forever. Just feels way harder than it needs to be

"Umm, the onboarding was easy..."
Umm, the onboarding was easy overall. There were a few small hiccups along the way, but nothing too frustrating.

"Had to wait a few days for support"
I reached out to support and didn’t hear anything back for several days, which was frustrating. I wasn’t in a huge rush at first, but after checking my email a bunch of times between work and making dinner, it started to feel like I’d been forgotten. A quicker reply would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

"Decent for what it costs"
It’s okay for the price, I guess. Like, it does what it’s supposed to most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much. I just thought it might feel a little better or... I don’t know, more impressive maybe. Overall it’s fine, just kind of average

"Refund took longer than expected"
Canceling ended up being more of a hassle than I thought it would be. I had to reach out to support a couple of times, and the refund took longer than they originally told me. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but the whole thing felt a little disorganized and frustrating. Overall, I just walked away feeling annoyed rather than taken care of

"good replies, just a bit slow"
the messages are clear and easy to understand. sometimes they come in a little later than i’d like, but overall it’s been a decent experience.

The website is alright, I guess, but the app keeps freezing on me and it’s a pain. Not gonna lie, the website isn’t much better either...

"Still not totally sure I trust it"
I keep going back and forth on this one. The security side just doesn’t feel very clear to me, and when I reached out to support, their answers didn’t really make me feel any better. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m still sitting here thinking, “Do I actually trust this yet?” Not fully, honestly.

"Smooth delivery overall, just a day late"
I ordered from Wind and overall had a good experience. The package showed up in great shape, and everything I ordered was included with no dents, tears, or damaged items. I also appreciated that the tracking page was clear and updated most of the time, so I wasn’t left guessing where the order was. The only downside was that it arrived one day later than the original estimate, but aside from that, the whole process was easy and hassle-free. I’d order from them again.

"Pricing felt really unclear"
Not gonna lie, I signed up thinking the price was one thing, but then I started noticing extra costs later on. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll use Wind again.
